This is hands down the best BBQ joint in the Milwaukee area. As soon as we walked in the smell was awesome. Owner was very friendly even took me out back to show off his smoker when I inquired about his process. The food was off the hook. Get there early if you want baby back ribs, they do run out. The brisket was the best I've had. The sauces were delicious especially the XXX which is not as spicy as you might suspect with it being labeled XXX. My wife & I both loved it & for the record we are both KCBS certified BBQ judges.
